SHREVEPORT, La., March 29 -- The office of the Shreveport Mayor issued the following news release:
Wednesday, March 31, 2010 Shreveport Mayor Cedric B. Glover will present a proclamation to Miss Mississippi Winn, the oldest person in the City of Shreveport, the State of Louisiana, the nation's oldest living African-American and the 11th oldest person in the world.
Census records also show that Miss Winn is also the last person in the United States who is the ch . . .
