ITHACA, N.Y., Dec. 10 -- The New York State Department of Labor issued the following news release:
State Department of Labor Commissioner M. Patricia Smith today announced the findings of a targeted Labor Department investigation of 22 Ithaca restaurants, mostly located at the Ithaca Commons.
