WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- Rep. Bobby Bright, D-Ala. (2nd CD), issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Bobby Bright voted against the Conference Report on H.R. 3288, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010. H.R. 3288, also known as the Omnibus Appropriations bill, combines six separate spending bills at a total cost of nearly $447 billion, an almost 10% increase over fiscal year 2009.
