(Jay) Rockefeller IV, Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, sent a letter to three credit card companies--Visa, Inc., American Express, Inc., and MasterCard, Inc.--asking them what they know about the aggressive online sales tactics many online companies use to charge consumers' credit cards for unwanted club . . .
