LINCOLN, Neb., Nov. 30 -- Gov. Dave Heineman, R-Neb., issued the following news release:
Gov. Dave Heineman today appointed Sarpy County resident Wayne Bena to fill the post of the Sarpy County Election Commissioner. Bena will replace Kay Forslund who plans to retire on Dec. 31.
