FORT HUACHUCA, Ariz., Sept. 1 -- The U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command issued the following news release:

"I have had a love affair with Fort Huachuca since I first arrived." That statement summed up the 54 years of federal service for one post employee who is retiring after having served on this historic Army post since the mid 1950s.
