Soldiers and leaders of the 4th Infantry Division and Multi-National Division - Baghdad, along with civilian contractors, gathered at the Ironhorse Oasis dining facility on Camp Liberty to participate in the grand opening and dedication of the facility's newly completed expansion Nov. 26.
