MIAMI, Dec. 19 -- Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, a senior member of the Florida Congressional Delegation, along with the South Dade Branch of the American Red Cross, will deliver gifts this Monday, December 22 to veterans at the Bruce W. Carter Miami VA Medical Center. Ileana passed a bill that renamed the Miami VA clinic as the Bruce Carter Miami VA Center, a South Florida Vietnam war Medal . . .
