ROME, Oct. 22 -- Enel issued the following news release:
The Carlentini 2 wind plant, in the province of Siracusa in Sicily, begins operations today. The plant consists of seventeen 850 kW wind turbines, with a total installed capacity of 14.45 MW. The annual output of the new facility is expected to be 25 million kWh.
