HOLLAND, Mich., Sept. 24 -- The Holland City Council issued the following meeting minutes:
The Holland City Council met in a joint special meeting with the Holland Board of Public Works (HBPW) at 7 PM in the Training Center of City Hall, 270 River Avenue, and the meeting was called to order by Mayor McGeehan and Chairperson Komejan. This special meeting was called for the purpose of considering the following items and any matters relating thereto:
