ZEELAND, Mich., July 21 -- The Zeeland City Council issued the following meeting minutes:
The regular meeting of the Common Council was held in the Council Chambers of City Hall on Monday, July 21, 2008. Mayor Pro Tem Gruppen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
