WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission received the following comment:

Comment of Franklin I. Bacheller in Docket(s)/Project(s) PF08-9-000

The proposed Ruby Pipeline would pass through east canyon, which is east of Avon, UT. This canyon has to only recreational area open to public use south of Hyrum. The area is used regularly and frequently by people for fishing, hiking, biking, 4-wheeling, and camping.
