COLCHESTER, Vt., Oct. 13 -- Green Mountain Power issued the following news release:
Green Mountain Power has taken two significant steps that will help its limited income customers pay their electric bills and stay warm this winter. First it will increase the discount it offers its customers through its Energy Support program from 10% to 25%.
