Dr. Otmar Kloiber, secretary general of the World Medical Association, will be discussing human research ethics at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, at the University Center on the campus of the University of North Florida. His lecture is titled "The Declaration of Helsinki Revisited: The Global Standard." This event is free and open to the public.
