ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Oct. 14 -- The city of St. Petersburg issued the following news release:
Mayor Rick Baker announced the appointment of Chris Ballestra, a St. Petersburg MBA executive with more than 20 years of development, management and real estate experience, as the city's director of Downtown Enterprise Facilities.
