EUGENE, Ore., Aug. 7 -- The city of Eugene issued the following news release:
Three male teenagers were taken into custody early this morning after a graffiti spree in the South Hills area that included anti-Semitic and racial content.
The three juveniles were arrested and lodged at the Juvenile Justice Center:
* Subject 1: 15-year-old male from Eugene - five counts of Criminal Mischief 1, 1 count of Reckless Burning
* Subject 2: 13-yea . . .
