RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Charlotte Field Office issued the following press release:
United States Attorney George E. B. Holding announced that BOYCE ALLEN HUDSON, was sentenced in federal court today, United States District Judge Terrence W. Boyle to 40 months imprisonment and a 3-year term of supervised release. Hudson was ordered to pay a fine of $35,000 and restitution in the amount of $15,000 to the FBI.
