SHIMLA, India, Aug. 18 -- The Government of Himachal Pradesh issued the following news release:
Inspector General Law and Order would be designated authority to make fool proof security arrangement during the International Dussehra Festival scheduled to be celebrated from October 9 to 15, 2008 with traditional fervour in the Dhalpur grounds of Kullu town of the state.
