WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Ruben Hinojosa, D-Texas (15th CD), issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressmen Solomon Ortiz, Rubén Hinojosa, and Henry Cuellar, along with the rest of the 32-member Texas Congressional delegation, sent a letter to President George W.
