SURPRISE, Ariz., Aug. 18 -- The city of Surprise issued the following news release:
If you have a child between the ages of 3 and 5, not yet enrolled in Kindergarten, you can sign them up for the Surprise Tot Time program, offered by the Surprise Community and Recreation Services Department. Resident registration begins on August 23 for this fun and safe program!
The Tot Time program runs from September 8- May 21 and will be held at the Countryside Recreation Center . . .
