SACRAMENTO, Calif., Aug. 15 -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, R-Calif., issued the text of the following speech:
It's all show business, I told you. (Laughter) Well, thank you very much. Thank you. It's nice to be here at this closing ceremony. And I just want to say thank you again for so many people showing up and showing such an interest for our relationships between the United States and Mexico.
