PLATTEVILLE, Wis., Nov. 2 -- The University of Wisconsin-Platteville issued the following news release:
University of Wisconsin-Platteville Provost Carol Sue Butts was recently awarded the WWHEL (Wisconsin Women in Higher Education Leadership) Outstanding Achievement Award for 2007. Mari McCarty, WWHEL president, presented Butts with the award at the organization's annual fall conference, held on Oct. 18 at the Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton.
