The City of Knoxville Public Service Division is pleased to join with Pellissippi State Technical Community College, to conduct a mercury thermometer exchange for PSTCC Students and Staff and City of Knoxville and Knox County residents at the PSTCC Magnolia Campus, 1610 E.
