TOPEKA, Kansas, April 29 -- Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt issued the following news release: An Arkansas City man has been ordered to repay more than $2,500 to the Kansas Medicaid Program after being found guilty of Medicaid fraud, Attorney General Derek Schmidt said.
