WASHINGTON, April 15 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency announced that it expects to award up to six grants for operational readiness for COVID-19 preparedness and response in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
