Sen. Moore Capito Introduces Bill on Coverage of Prescription Digital Therapeutics
WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 3532) to amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act "to provide coverage of prescription digital therapeutics for the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders under the Medicare and Medicaid programs." Sen. Moran Introduces Bill on Programs of Education Converted to Distance Learning
WASHINGTON, March 18 -- Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kan., has introduced legislation (S. 3503) to "authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to treat certain programs of education converted to distance learning by reason of emergencies and health-related situations in the same manner as programs of education pursued at educational institutions."
