Suzanne Bonamici, D-Ore., has introduced legislation (H.R. 5934) to amend the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act "to safeguard access to information for consumers and to stop abusive debt litigation." Rep. Walden Introduces Bill to Repeal Requirement to Reallocate T-Band Spectrum
WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Ore., has introduced legislation (H.R. 5928) to "repeal the requirement to reallocate and auction the T-Band spectrum, to amend the Wireless Communications and Public Safety Act of 1999 to clarify acceptable 9-1-1 obligations or expenditures."
