WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C., has introduced legislation (S. 3260) to "designate the facility of the U.S. Postal Service located at 3703 North Main Street in Farmville, North Carolina, as the Walter B. Jones, Jr. Post Office." The bill was introduced on Feb. 10 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
