WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 -- Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 3139) to amend chapter 44 of title 18, U.S. Code, "to more comprehensively address the interstate transportation of firearms or ammunition." The bill was introduced on Dec. 19 and was co-sponsored by Sens. James Lankford, R-Okla., Mike Rounds, R-S.D., Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, and Ted Cruz, R-Texas. Sen. Hyde-Smith Introduces Bill to Prohibit Approval of New Abortion Drugs
WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith, R-Miss., has introduced legislation (S. 3072) to amend the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act "to prohibit the approval of new abortion drugs, to prohibit investigational use exemptions for abortion drugs, and to impose additional regulatory requirements with respect to previously approved abortion drugs."
