Division Newport Inventors Celebrated During Patents Award Ceremony
NEWPORT, Rhode Island, Dec. 16 -- The Naval Sea Systems Command issued the following news: Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport honored 95 inventors who in recent years were awarded 74 patents as individuals or members of a team during a patent award ceremony held on Dec. 11. WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued the following news release: * * * - Nearly $198 Million Was Diverted for Uses Other Than 911 * * * The Federal Communications Commission published its eleventh annual report to Congress on the collection and distribution of 911 fees by states.
