NEW YORK, Dec. 13 -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics - New York-New Jersey Regional Information Office issued the following news release: Gasoline prices averaged $2.675 per gallon in the New York-Newark-Jersey City area in November 2019, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported.
