American Football Coaches Association: Longtime College Head Coach Dick Tomey To Receive 2020 Amos Alonzo Stagg Award
WACO, Texas, Nov. 5 -- The American Football Coaches Association issued the following news: Former University of Arizona, University of Hawaii, and San Jose State University head coach Dick Tomey will receive the AFCA's 2020 Amos Alonzo Stagg Award. The award is given to those "whose services have been outstanding in the advancement of the best interests in football," and will be presented, posthumously, during the 2020 AFCA Convention in Nashville, Tennessee.
