CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 27 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Marshals Service issued the following news release: This past Sunday, "Fugitive of the Week," Keith Pare, 44, was arrested by members of the Rochester (NH) Police Department. Pare was being sought on an outstanding Dover Police Department arrest warrant for failing to maintain his sex offender registration.
