Rep. Introduces Bill on Single-Dose Vial Drugs
WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-N.Y., has introduced legislation (H.R. 4178) to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act "to require manufacturers of certain single-dose vial drugs payable under part B of the Medicare program to provide rebates with respect to amounts of such drugs discarded." Rep. Stefanik Introduces Bill on Credit for Electricity Produced from Renewable Resources
WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., has introduced legislation (H.R. 4186) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to modify the credit for electricity produced from certain renewable resources and the investment credit for certain qualified investment credit facilities."
