WASHINGTON, Aug. 1 -- Sen. Mazie K. Hirono, D-Hawaii, has introduced legislation (S. 2345) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to authorize the use of Post-9/11 Educational Assistance to pay for preparatory courses for professional licenses and certifications."
