WASHINGTON, May 29 -- Rep. Joyce Beatty, D-Ohio, has introduced legislation (H.R. 3032) to "posthumously award a Congressional gold medal to Maya Angelou in recognition of her achievements and contributions to American culture and the civil rights movement." WASHINGTON, May 31 -- Rep.
