Former Clay County High School Teacher Pleads Guilty to Distributing Child Sex Abuse Video Over the Internet
JACKSONVILLE, Florida, April 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release: Christopher Shawn Potter (50, Jacksonville) has pleaded guilty to distributing a video over the internet that depicts a young child being sexually abused. Potter faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 5 years, and up to 20 years, in federal prison, and a potential life-term of supervised release.
