MIAMI, Oklahoma, Feb. 27 -- Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College issued the following news release: The eleventh annual Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) Dixie Woodall Inspirational Award was presented to Miss Megan Jackson on Feb. 25 after the Lady Norse Basketball team defeated Seminole State College 69-52, as Jackson led the team with 20 points.
