BANGOR, Maine, July 19 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Halsey B. Frank, issued the following news release: United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Eric Tracy, 46, of Bangor, pled guilty today in U.S. District Court to conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine base, commonly known as "crack." According to court records, between January 2016 and February 2017, Tracy conspired with others to acquire heroin and crack in Waterbury, Connecticut and distribute the drug  more
