Federal Reserve: Joplin, Missouri Resident Seeks to Retain Control of Bancorporation, Bank
WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 (TNSFR) -- Craig Tankersley of Joplin, Missouri, has filed an application with the Federal Reserve System to retain voting shares of Southwest Missouri Bancorporation Inc. and indirectly retain voting shares of Southwest Missouri Bank, both of Carthage, Missouri.
The filing was submitted under the Change in Bank Control Act and the agency's Regulation Y, which govern the acquisition or retention of control over a bank or bank holding company.
