RICHMOND, Kentucky, Nov. 20 -- Eastern Kentucky University issued the following news: Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new flight training center at the Central Kentucky Regional Airport (CKRA) on Tuesday, Nov. 19.
