BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, Nov. 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama issued the following news release: A former oncologist in Decatur has been sentenced for illegally prescribing drugs, including oxycodone and hydrocodone, announced U.S. Attorney Prim F.
