WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- The Naval Sea Systems Command issued the following news: Kelsey Dugan and Brandon Waugh, two Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport engineers, recently reached personal and professional goals through the Naval Sea System Command's (NAVSEA) Leadership Development Continuum.
