N.C. Environmental Quality Dept.: State to Hold Hearing, Accept Comment on Amendments to Wastewater Treatment Capacity Rules
RALEIGH, North Carolina, Nov. 8 -- The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news release:
