Governor Wes Moore today announced the appointment of Katrina Wiggins as acting administrator of the Property Tax Assessment Appeals Boards. Wiggins will oversee the operation of local boards in each of Maryland's jurisdictions; her appointment is subject to confirmation by the Maryland Senate during the 2025 legislative session.
