W.Va. U.S. Attorney: Charleston Man Sentenced to Prison for Federal Opioid Crime
CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Oct. 10 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Oct. 9, 2024:
Jesus Emmanuel Davis, 25, of Charleston, was sentenced today to three years and six months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of protonitazene and isotonitazene.

Two Michigan men were sentenced today for their roles in a drug trafficking organization operating in Monongalia County.

ELKINS, West Virginia, Oct. 9 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Oct. 7, 2024:
Pansy Loraine Ray, age 44, of Elkins, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 36 months in federal prison for methamphetamine trafficking.
