Ark. U.S. Attorney: Hot Springs Woman Sentenced to More Than 15 Years in Federal Prison for Drug Trafficking Offense
HOT SPRINGS, Arkansas, Aug. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas issued the following news release:
A Hot Springs woman was sentenced yesterday to 188 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release on one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute More Than Fifty (50) Grams of Methamphetamine. The Honorable Chief Judge Susan O. Hickey presided over the sentencing hearing in the U.S. District Court in Hot Springs.

WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
DALLAS, TEXAS (August 22, 2024) - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced $267,000 in funding for Arkansas to protect children from lead in drinking water at schools and childcare facilities.
