PORTLAND, Oregon, Aug. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon issued the following news release on Aug. 16, 2024: A southern Oregon restaurant was sentenced in federal court today for stealing more than $759,000 in federal funds intended to help small businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic.
