CHARLESTON, West Virginia, June 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on June 26, 2024: Timothy Brian Jackson, 44, of South Charleston, was sentenced today to 14 years in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release, for possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl.
