CHARLESTON, West Virginia, June 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on June 25, 2024:
Carlito Harris Carter, 44, of St. Albans, pleaded guilty today to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on January 22, 2024, Carter sold a quantity of fentanyl to a confidential informant for $50. The transaction took place at Carter's St. Alban

CLARKSBURG, West Virginia, June 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on June 25, 2024:
Bacarre H. Curtis, age 23, of Eastpointe, Michigan, was sentenced today to 120 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute fifty grams or more of methamphetamine.
